Autumn Consulting LLC (“Autumn Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at autumnconsult.com (the “Site”) and provides digital marketing services to logistics and manufacturing companies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you, including specific disclosures for California residents.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

We keep the information we collect deliberately limited. The Site does not require you to create an account, does not process online payments, and does not allow you to post, upload, or submit content that is displayed publicly. We collect information in the following two ways:

1.1 Analytics Information (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics automatically collects information such as:

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect this information. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not combine Google Analytics data with any personally identifiable information you may submit through our contact form.

1.2 Information You Provide Through Our Contact Form

If you choose to contact us through the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, to communicate with you about our digital marketing services, and, where you have not opted out, to send you marketing communications as described in Section 1.4 below.

We do not require you to create an account to submit the contact form, and we do not collect payment information through the Site.

1.3 Advertising Information (Google Ads)

We use, or may use, Google Ads to advertise our services and to measure the performance of those ads, including through remarketing and conversion tracking. Google Ads uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

• Show you ads for our services after you have visited the Site (remarketing)
• Measure whether visitors who saw or clicked on our ads later took an action on the Site, such as submitting the contact form (conversion tracking)

This advertising data is associated with your browser or device through cookies and identifiers, and is not linked to information you submit through our contact form. 1.4 Email Marketing and Newsletter

If you provide your email address through our contact form, we may, in addition to responding to your specific inquiry, add you to our marketing list to send you newsletters, updates, and information about our digital marketing services for the logistics and manufacturing industries. Every marketing email we send includes a clear, working unsubscribe link. You may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking that link or by contacting us using the information in Section 9. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect our ability to respond to a specific inquiry you have submitted.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• To understand how visitors interact with our content through aggregated, anonymized analytics

4. Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to collect the usage information described in Section 1.1, and, where Google Ads is enabled, advertising cookies to support remarketing and conversion tracking as described in Section 1.3. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that allow a website or a third-party service to recognize your browser and collect certain information.

Consistent with California law (discussed further in Section 6 below), before any analytics or tracking technology begins collecting data about your visit, we provide notice of this practice through this Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a cookie notice banner on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after receiving that notice, you consent to our use of cookies and similar technologies as described here. You can withdraw consent or block cookies at any time by adjusting your browser settings, though doing so may affect certain Site functionality.

We do not use tracking technologies to monitor, intercept, or record the content of your communications on the Site. We do not use session-replay, keystroke-logging, or chat-recording technology.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain contact form submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which we securely delete or anonymize the information. Google Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google’s own retention settings, which we have configured to limit retention where possible.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA and CIPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), and the California Invasion of Privacy Act (“CIPA”) provide you with certain rights and protections, described below.

6.1 No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Autumn Consulting does not sell personal information for money. Where we use Google Ads for remarketing or interest-based advertising, this may constitute “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined under the CCPA, because Google Ads relies on cookies and identifiers to show ads based on prior visits to the Site. We do not sell or share information collected through our contact form, and we do not sell or share any information for any purpose other than the advertising use described in Section 1.3.

California residents may opt out of this advertising-related sharing at any time by using the browser or device-level controls described in Section 1.3, through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info, or by contacting us using the information in Section 9.

6.2 Categories of Information Collected

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA:

• Identifiers (such as name, email address, and IP address)
• Internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing behavior collected via Google Analytics and Google Ads)
• Commercial information you provide, such as the contents of a contact form inquiry regarding our services

We collect this information for the business purposes described in Section 2 and obtain it directly from you (contact form) or automatically through your use of the Site (Google Analytics and Google Ads).

6.3 Your CCPA Rights

Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you
• Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you
• Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including advertising-related sharing through Google Ads described in Section 1.6

• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

6.4 CIPA Notice and Consent

The California Invasion of Privacy Act restricts the interception or recording of electronic communications without the consent of all parties involved. Analytics, advertising and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, have been the subject of litigation under CIPA when deployed without adequate notice or consent.

To address this, Autumn Consulting provides clear, conspicuous notice of its use of Google Analytics and Google Ads through this Privacy Policy prior to, or contemporaneous with, the collection of analytics data, and, where implemented, through a cookie consent notice displayed on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such notice constitutes consent to this data collection. We do not use call-recording, session-replay, chatbot-transcription, or similar communication-interception technologies on the Site. If we introduce any such technology in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain any consent required by law before doing so.

6.5 CAN-SPAM Compliance

For marketing emails and newsletters described in Section 1.4, we comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act by identifying our messages as advertisements where required, including our business address, and providing a clear, working mechanism to unsubscribe in every marketing email.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including client or partner websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
